1. Why U2000 can monitor the system, example of Siterouter S5328, and how about the procedure of monitoring,
Ans: U2000 monitor the system to have the complete monitoring data of our live NE(Switches, Routers, etc.)
The NE sends the SNMP data to the trap IP address which is the U2000 server's IP. Then U2000 read the data & put them in it's classified format to make it's human readable.

2. Why can u2000 can do this, by what protocol, SNMP or TR069?
Ans: Through SNMP.

3. And if the alarm of port down, if we not acknowledge , the alarm will not clear?
Ans: If the alarm port is down & whenever you acknowledge the alarm/ afterwards tried to clear the alarm, it will dissapear.
But the mechanism of U2000 is, if the added NE is still have the same situation which is responsible for the triggered alarm,
Then you will receive same alarm once again/again & again after you clear the alarm.

Because, there is a scheduled job is configured in U2000, which sends echo to the destination NE & when it receives something unusual it will show you the report.

There is only way to minimise the issue: you can disable alarm sending option/live monitoring option.
It will still monitor the NE for your betterment, but you will not receive any further alarm to your SOC/NMC.

I hope this helps!
