Please find the following output:

sudo /etc/init.d/mysql start
[FAIL] Starting MySQL database server: mysqld . . . . . . . . . . . . . . failed!

in /var/log I checked all the files that begin with "mysql", but they are all empty.

how to solve? Any idea? 

Better to install the DB from a fresh built!

Then i have to take the whole DB backup first
Do you prefer to do that?
Because the DB size is more than 500GB & i have to take the whole DB

Do you prefer any other way out?
