Below details is regarding CDIG logs:

Run COL FAMLOG: SRN=0, TP=FORMAT;
Run this command for each subrack, then the BSC will forcibly pack the CDIG logs.

You can download the logs by using the file browser.

The crosstalk logs are saved in the following directory:
BAM IP\bam\common\fam\famlogfmt\BSCxxxx_[CDIG]***.log
