I am unable to save the configuration.Whenever I want to save the configuration I am getting the Failure message: System is Loading( Backup copying,and rollback ) command cennot be executed as another opertaion is running. Please dispose the data after.

Please suggest what is to be done. We have swapped the control cards also still problem has not been resolved.

huawei(diagnose)%%display capture statistics
Packet capture is already started
The number of received packets is: 10
The number of rejected packets is: 3

If the issue is still not resolved, please collect the information by following command, and feedback to huawei:
display data sync state
display progress load
display progress backup
display capture statistic
display event history all list
