Tried with mentioned steps unfortunately its not working properly

Extension of HedEx Lite in Google Chrome is not working, then tried with internet explorer now it seems working. Lets try with downloading docs, product related information and share the feedback

no chrome extension came with the hedEx package

there is no CRX directory in latest Hedex version I am using HedEx_Lite_V200R003C30SPC001_English

If you latest version chrome tutorial will not work..below steps will help to find the solution:-

1. Click on Update Extension in chrome://extensions window(You will find this option in devloper mode)

2. New Window will open  in that you can search for Hedex Extension or you can open the link below directly

You will find the hedex extension and then you can install that from there and restart the chore.During the process you should have the internet access.

Chrome disabled extension because it is not installed via Google store.

But installation via store is working fine, https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/hedex
