Symptom

Alarms cannot be cleared in the Browse Current Alarm window.

Possible Cause

The NE where the alarms have occurred is offline.

Procedure

• If the NE does not need to be managed, delete it. Then the U2000 automatically clears its alarms. (The U2000 erases all related information upon NE deletion.)
