How to Mask Power-Off and Fiber Cut Alarms of FTTH ONTs

Solution

The names of ONU power-off and fiber cut alarms do not distinguish MxU and FTTH ONT types. The MA5680T V800R008C05SPC100 and later versions allow users to configure different service levels for each ONU. Different service levels support different alarm handling policies. The service level of FTTH ONTs can be configured not to report ONU power-off alarms. In this manner, users can mask FTTH ONT power-off and fiber cut alarms from the origin.
