Many users face problem while installing U2k client into their work station. This problem happens mostly for the java setting of the computer. From the Java network setting select Direct connection in order to install the client from CAU. also try to install Java version 6 instead of 7. U2000 client sometimes have problem running in Java 7 environment.

the version of the installed JRE is jre 1.6 or 1.7, downloading and installing JRE 1.7.0_75 is recommended, you can uninstall the existing JRE in Control Panel.

Before installing the client, you are advised to click Download JRE on the left to download and install JRE first. Otherwise, after you click Install, a dialog box may be displayed, asking you to install the JRE component.
