we can set the upstream port by running speed command. To avoid communication failure, the rate of upstream port must be same as that of port on interconnected device

After the auto-negotiation mode of the port is disabled, you can configure the port rate.

Both the control board and the upstream board can be used for 10GE/GE upstream transmission. You can set the upstream port by running speed command.
