Looking at UGW packets forwarding mechanisms, it is so tricky to keep TCP buffering function as it is if u have an unstable network!. Having specific regions with so much disconnectivities could originate a lot of out-of-order tcp packets which are normally buffered by UGW until either tineout timer is exceeded or the whole right sequence of tcp packets are present in buffer. On behalf, it could be so usefull to reduce the timer and just forward the packets when the timer is exhausted enhancing subscribers experience about the network!
