1)    Service Description

Base stations are classified as 3900 series base stations, micro base stations, and pico base stations based on application scenarios. Micro base stations focus on capacity expansion for indoor and outdoor hot spots and coverage hole filling, and they can be installed on a pole or wall.

Micro base stations are classified into the following:

·           BTS3902E WCDMA

·           BTS3202E

·           BTS3803E WCDMA

·           BTS3203E LTE

·           BTS3205E

·           BTS3911E

·           BTS3912E

 

BTS3902E WCDMA and BTS3803E WCDMA are UMTS base stations, BTS3202E and BTS3203E LTE are LTE FDD base stations, BTS3205E is LTE TDD base stations, BTS3911E is UL base stations, and BTS3912E is LTE FDD&TDD base stations.

 

2)    Documentation Description

To meet customer requirements, Huawei provides the installation guide and quick installation guide.

·           Installation guide: This document provides guidance on hardware installation for a newly deployed base station and contains comprehensive and detailed information, which effectively helps implementation engineers understand the overview, installation method, and installation precautions.

·           Quick installation guide: If you are inconvenient to view the installation guide on an onsite PC, print the quick installation guide to guide your base station installation.

·           Installation guide series: Step-by-step guidance on installation operations, scenario-based installation guide, detailed operation procedures, and comprehensive reference information–effective guidance on installation of micro base stations.

 

·           Quick installation guide series: Operation guidance using a large number of figures and brief texts and easy to print–convenient for onsite installation personnel.
