lost all files on Hedxex after an upgrade

good day,,
please assist I upgraded the Hedex to a newer version and after I logged in I cannot see all the files I had before the upgrade.
how do I retrieve them,please assist urgently

This issue may be caused by upgrading failed. Please exit HedEx Lite and run the attachment file, and wait for HedEx Lite restarting.It will be OK.
