I joined current department of Zong CMPak Ltd. on Oct, 2014. I had just heart about the products name, had no experience on working on it. This was a challenging role. In the thrust of knowledge, soon I discovered Huawei Support - a very rich / resourceful platform full of technical documents. No other company in my information has that much technical documentation available and with that ease. For example, I just reviewed the document - OSN 9800 Information Express - I love this document, because it makes a very good interaction with readers. It is not only impressive and helps readers learn and gain knowledge in a very easy & simple way. It attracts readers and keeps them interested while reading. I started explore and explore, enhanced my knowledge and learn something new every day. Whether it is Support.Huawei.com, Huawei Enterprise App, Huawei Technical Support App, Huawei Connect App, Huawei Groupspace App or HedEx Lite all are available to support me to quickly learn and support other on my day to day operation. In my opinion, Huawei Documentation has a strength that she uses to frequently update, get customers & its employee engaged to improve by getting their ideas & innovations as a feedback and improve every day. Technical documentation plays an important role in helping to learn about the products and services, their features / functions. We have all been frustrated at times when we are not able to understand the certain features of a product, or during immediate troubleshooting of some new issue we faced. A good technical documentation is very essential. It creates a good impression on new customers. It can provide a better understanding of the product and prevent customer errors, making business processes more reliable. There are different readers/users with different backgrounds, abilities and needs, but they all have one common requirement i.e. finding easily the information they need to perform their task correctly. A good technical document helps the customer make decisions related to the purchase of the product(s) / services(s) It helps customer about the instructions and troubleshooting guides that are essential for ensuring a great customer experience, which can reduce customer support costs. A good technical document helps in reducing technical support cost as well as the training and development cost. It contributes to customer goodwill and help to improve sales of the product(s) / service(s) which leads to increase in profits and results in revenue growth It makes customers to avoid errors, praise to the accurate and clearly-written procedures. Huawei Support has become must have part of my life now. I am not only getting benefits myself but also keep referring my colleagues and encouraging and guide them to use Huawei Support. It's worth mentioning the efforts of Huawei Documentation Department, they are simply doing great job. | On http://support.huawei.com/carrier/ page, there should be a tracker (like news tracker) or a latest addition link for the newly added documents. So the visitors can easily see that there are some new additions since he/she visited. The current page looks the same and visitors find it nothing been changed on it hence not explore it. |

The third edition of 'Huawei Transport Network Technology Dictionary' is a very helpful addition. I suggest to add a link of this dictionary on every Huawei Transport Network documents or display a banner on Transport Nerwork Bookshelve / Transmission Network Portal of this dictionary (http://support.huawei.com/online ... work/transport.html). This is helpful doc for all specially for thr new learners. |
