Dear, you need use QR Code tool to scan it, such as google play. Try it again to view document on your moblie phone and feedback , you have chance to win gift.

I am trying to scan it through QR Scan on "Huawei Technical Support" App, it returns no result.

"Huawei Technical Support" App only scan barcode, so you should use other QR Scan tool, such as UC Browser
