移动APP中，支持通过点击链接来访问hedex包中页面

APP版本中，使用到hedex包的链接（http://support.huawei.com/hdx/hdx.do?docid=DOC1000166114&id=30005291_01_10041），APP只能访问到hedex包的首页面。需要显示“30005291_01_10041”这个具体页面才对。

需求：需要APP支持解析采用文档报ID+资源ID的方式访问support网站的hedex包内页面。

如下图，到hedex包某个页面的链接，只能显示hedex首页面。（我觉得是href中“&”后的内容没有生效）
