Hi,
I'm using Mobile Partner 11.030.01.00.260 that came along with the Huawei E180 USB-modem. The operating system is Windows XP SP2.
The connection is working without problems, but I'm wondering why Mobile Partner software writes continuously log files to hard disk in folder "C:\Program Files\Mobile Partner\Log"? Hard disk light is on almost continuously and I see from file timestamps (Callbalk_trace.txt, Func_trace.txt) in that folder that the files are continuously updated. They seem to contain software internal trace logs.
I understand that such SW trace logs are useful for troubleshooting, but is there any way to disable the log writing? Unnecessary disk usage is not good when running laptop on batteries.
Regards, JR
