 Hi all, 
  
My dl speed through bittorrent is very slow even though there are a lot of seeders. My friend told me to port forward it but i cant find the huawei e220 modem among the list in www.portforward.com 
  
 Anybody can try to help me?

The E220 is not a router! You do not need to set port on the device... The only thing that you can try is to set the firewall and the exceptions.
You have to unlock the port that is used by Bittorent.

I have the very same problem.
I know now this is a modem, not a router.

The problem is that, apparently, all incoming TCP ports are closed (i've tried unlocking ports in my firewall and ...I've tried ports without firewall at all! still the same...)

Maybe this has to do with the fact that my ISP has set for me dynamic IP addresses? Should I set a Static Ip Address? If so, how do I do this for my Huawei E226 modem?
