Call forwarding doesn't work

Hello Everybody,

I'm configuring Call Forwarding Service for one of users. I activated service for him, but when I call the user's number I hear: "You cannot call this number ask your system admin". It seems there are no rights for the user, but I checked them: INTER/LOCAL/DDD for OutgoingRight and DEFAULT for ForwardOutgoingRight. Could you give me a hint how I should debug this situation? I tried to run logtrace but I found nothing useful there. Probably I checked wrong PID for logtrace command.

check the right of the caller user.

You mean callerprefix? I tried to add caller prefix, but it didn't help me.I still hear: "You cannot call this number ask your system admin".

I think dun waste time on trace.

1. What call forwarding service you made? all-call-forward? or busy-forward?
2. Caller is from PSTN? please make sure you correctly configure the outgoing trunk with prefix/route.
3. Caller is from Intra-office? please make sure you correctly configure the intraoffice prefix.
4. If it does not help, please remove the number(s) and add again.
