The EIP is not displayed in the EIP list on ServiceCenter.

【Fault Locating�?
Possible causes: No value is assigned to the name attribute in the port table where the EIP is located.
Check method: Run the neutron command to check whether the name attribute in the port table is set. For details, see step 2 in "Troubleshooting."
Conclusion: No value is assigned to the name attribute when an EIP is created on the FusionSphere OpenStack server.

【Troubleshooting Procedure�?
Step 1 Use PuTTY to log in to the FusionSphere OpenStack server, switch to user root, and import environment variables.

Step 2 Run the neutron port-list | grep {EIP} command to check whether the name attribute is set based on the created EIP, as shown in the red box in the following figure.

Step 3 If the name attribute is not set in the lab environment, set the name attribute in the port table of the FusionSphere OpenStack Neutron database.
update ports set name='SC_EIP_VPCID' where ID=portID;

Step 4 Check whether the EIP is displayed in the EIP list on ServiceCenter.
The EIP is displayed in the EIP list.
