License importing has failed

【Fault Locating�?
After you check the environment, you find out that an advanced test license has been imported. However, the product document has illustrated that a basic license cannot be imported if an advanced license has been imported before.

【Root Cause�?
If an advanced license has been imported, a basic license cannot be imported.

【Solution�?
Step 1 Use user galaxmanager and the API network floating IP address to log in to the ServiceCenter management node.

Step 2 Run the following command to disable logout on timeout:
TMOUT=0

Step 3 Run the following command to enter the engineering mode:
gotoEngineerMode

Step 4 Run the following command to disable logout on timeout:
TMOUT=0

Step 5 Run the following command to switch to user dbadmin:
su - dbadmin

Step 6 Run the following command to disable logout on system timeout:
TMOUT=0

Step 7 Run the following command to connect to the database:
gsql -U galaxmanager -d topfmdb -W GalaxManager7!

Step 8 Run the following command to modify the database configuration manually:
update swm.tbl_featureswitchs_info set ISSUPPORT = 0 where comptype ='SC' and version ='ALL' and virtualtype='ALL' and featurename='VERSION';
