how to deal with FTP Service Unavailable alarm on FusionCompute V1R5C00 version

This alarm is generated when the system detects that the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) service becomes unavailable.

This alarm is cleared when the FTP service becomes available.
Check the FTP configuration.

On the FusionCompute portal, click Monitoring.
The Monitoring page is displayed.

In the navigation tree on the left, choose Alarm > Alarm Dump.
On the Alarm Dump page, check whether all the information, including the username, password, IP address, and port, is correctly configured for the FTP server.


If yes, go to Step 4.
If no, go to Step 3.

Configure the correct username, password, IP address, and port for the FTP server.
Check whether the IP address of the FTP server can be pinged.

If yes, go to Step 6.
If no, go to Step 5.

Handle network exceptions to ensure that the correct IP address of the FTP server can be pinged.
Check whether the FTP user has operation permission for the configured path.

If yes, go to Step 8.
If no, go to Step 7.

Verify that the FTP user has operation permission for the configured path. Configure a user who has operation permission for the configured path, or modify the configuration file to grant the FTP user operation permission for the configured path.
Test the FTP configuration validity.

Correctly configure the FTP server and then click Test.
Check whether the configuration is valid.


If yes, go to Step 9.
If no, go to Step 10.

After 20 or 30 minutes, check whether the alarm is cleared
