Failed to active an AC license

The possible causes for a license activation failure include:
- If the product type is incorrect, the license enters the Default state.
- The license has been revoked. In this case, run the display license revoke-ticket command to display the revocation code. Use the revocation code and other required information to apply for a new license.
- The ESN in the license file is different from the AC's ESN.
- If you activate the license on the AC's built-in web platform, use the recommended browser versions and models specified in the User Guide to prevent activation failures.
In the case of a license activation failure, collect information including the license file, revocation code, and ESN, and send it to and apply for a new license.
