Cause why the error message is displayed indicating that an OSN 6800 subrack fails to be deleted from an NE because the subrack has boards installed

This is because the subrack still has boards not deleted.
You can delete the subrack after deleting the boards that have been successfully added to the subrack from the subrack on the NMS.
1. For an OSN 8800 T32/T64 subrack, you need to manually delete logical boards except ATE and FAN before deleting the subrack.
2. For an OSN 8800 T16 subrack, you need to manually delete logical boards except EFI, PIU, ATE, FAN, and AUX (in slot 21) before deleting the subrack.
3. For an OSN 6800 subrack, you need to manually delete logical boards except PIU, AUX, FAN, and EFI boards before deleting the subrack.
4. For an OSN 8800 platform subrack, you need to manually delete logical boards except PIU, AUX, FAN, and EFI boards before deleting the subrack.
5. For an OSN 8800 universal platform subrack, you need to manually delete logical boards except FAN and EFI boards before deleting the subrack.
