Whether boards in compatible mode and boards in standard mode can be interconnected or used together

1. On the backplane side, the boards in compatible mode and standard mode can be interconnected with each other without any restrictions.
2. On the line side, the boards in compatible mode and standard mode can be interconnected only when the following settings of the boards are the same: timeslot mode (Assign consecutive or Assign random), port rate (standard or speedup mode), mapping path, FEC mode, channel number, differential mode (differential or non-differential), and modulation format (DQPSK, DRZ, or ODB).
