BOM codes of DPD63-8-8 PDU copper fittings and copper bars

1. Functions of copper fittings
DPD63-8-8 is used as an example. This power distribution box (PDB) can receive the current input of only 8 x 63 A and cannot support the power supply less than 8 channels of current or other current specifications. Therefore, copper fittings are required to short-circuit multiple input terminals to support fewer channels of current or higher current specifications.
2. Two-in-one copper fittings:
The BOM code is 21170260 (Conductor,DKBA4.409.2252MX,Shoted Copper). In the DPD63-8-8 PDU, the two-in-one copper fittings are used in the scenario where one channel of power supplies are converted into two channels of power supplies. For example, when 8-channel 63 A input is required but the equipment room can provide only 4-channel 100 A power supplies, the two-in-one copper fittings should be used for short-circuit and then receive the power supplies. This code has two pairs of copper fittings. Pay attention to the installation. This type of copper fittings support 63 A circuit breakers.
Two-in-one copper bars:
No BOM code is available. Delivered with the PDU. The copper bars do not need to be configured. They are installed on the positive pole (blue power supply cable) and are delivered together with the PDU. They are used together with the preceding copper fittings. (They are contained in the accessory material package. Ensure that they cannot be lost.)
Four-in-one copper fittings:
The BOM code is 21170262 (Conductor,DKBA6.860.6750,Shorted Copper). In the DPD63-8-8 PDU, the four-in-one copper fittings are used in the scenario where one channel of power supplies are converted into four channels of power supplies. For example, when all the boards in a cabinet have low power consumption and single-channel 100 A current is enough, the four-in-one copper fittings can be used for short-circuit and then receive the power supplies. Note: This type of copper fittings are used only for the scenario where the maximum input current is less than 120 A. The current of each circuit breaker cannot exceed 32 A.
Four-in-one copper bars:
The BOM code is 21170324 (Conductor,DKBA6.861.0105,2+2pin copper bar). They are installed in a DPD63-8-8 PDB and used together with the four-in-one copper fittings (BOM code: 21170262). They are installed on the positive pole (blue power cable).
