Whether the Telnet function is enabled by default

By default, the Telnet server function is disabled. After logging in to the device through Telnet, you need to perform the following steps:
Step 1: Enable the Telnet service.
[huawei] telnet server enable //Enable the Telnet server.

Step2: Configure the IP address of the server.
[huawei] interface GigabitEthernet 0/0/0
[huawei-GigabitEthernet 1/0/0] ip address 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.0 //Configure the login IP address.

Step 3: Configure the login account and password of Telnet server.

[huawei-aaa] local-user huawei password irreversible-cipher %^%#6W-mT:ZGe)0B*rMm,@#$LEyI;m_bQibe=46k.,#x$vk0EyLL%^%# //Create a local user, and set the user name to huawei and password to Hello@123.[huawei-aaa] local-user huawei privilege level 3 //3. Set the priority of the local user huawei to 3.
[huawei-aaa] local-user huawei service-type telnet //Set the service type to Telnet.
[huawei-aaa] quit

Step 4: Configure the verification mode of the user interface.
[huawei] user-interface vty 0 4 //Enter the user interface view of VTY0 to VTY4.
[huawei-ui-vty0-4] authentication-mode aaa //Configure the authentication mode of the VTY user interface as AAA.
