After a user logs in to Outlook Web Access 2010 through the SSL VPN gateway, the user cannot log in to Outlook Web Access 2007. How to solve the problem

The Windows 7 operating system is used as an example and the SSL VPN gateway is running on the HTTPS server. The possible causes are as follows:
- 1. The browser has no root certificate of the HTTPS server installed.
(1) When accessing the web login page of the SSL VPN gateway, you are prompted to install a root certificate.
(2) Install the root certificate in the browser. Click Install Certificate, next, place all certificates in the following store, and Browse in sequence, and select Trusted Root Certification Authorities. Click OK.
- 2. The browser has an incorrect root certificate of the HTTPS server installed.
(1) Manually obtain a correct root certificate of the HTTPS server from an enterprise network administrator.
(2) Save the root certificate to the local device.
(3) Install the root certificate in the browser. Click Install Certificate, next, place all certificates in the following store, and Browse in sequence, and select Trusted Root Certification Authorities. Click OK.
