Symptom: When you export configuration on the OSM interface, no file download dialog box is displayed and the configuration file is unavailable. Cause: The language of the browser is different from the language of the system. Solution:
1. Cause
No download dialog box is displayed during DB export because the language of the browser is not compatible with that of the system. When the software matches the language of the browser, the software must choose the language either zh-cn (Chinese) or lowercase en-us (English).
2. Solution
a. Open the browser and choose Internet Options > Languages.
b. If the language required by export does not exist in Languages, delete all languages.
c. Click Add, enter zh-cn or en-us in User Definition, and click OK.
d. Check whether the language of the browser is changed to zh-cn or en-us.
e. If you have logged in to the storage device, log out of the device and shut down the browser. Otherwise, log out of the browser directly. Then restart the browser, log in to the storage device, and export the configuration file.
