Solution when configurations cannot be exported from S5000 V100R001 OSM:
1. Open a browser and choose Internet Options > Languages.
2. When configurations are being exported, if the software matches the language of the browser, the software must be either zh-cn (Chinese) or lowercase en-us (English). If zh-cn (Chinese) and lowercase en-us (English) are unavailable, delete all languages.
3. Click Add, enter zh-cn or en-us in User Definition, and click OK.
4. Check whether the language of the browser is changed to zh-cn or en-us.
5. If you have logged in to the storage device, log out of the device and shut down the browser. Otherwise, log out of the browser directly. Then restart the browser, log in to the storage device, and export the configurations.
