Resource mapping creation on OceanStor ReplicationDirector

If the protected object is a FusionSphere VM, then map virtualization resources from the protected site to the disaster recovery site so that the VM can be recovered at the disaster recovery site based on the target attributes specified during resource mapping. For FusionSphere VMs, different resource mappings must be created due to differences in disaster recovery methods and applicable cloud platforms.
1. Storage replication disaster recovery
For VMs built on the FusionCompute cloud platform, you must create resource mappings for port groups and clusters/hosts.
For VMs built on the FusionManager cloud platform, you must create resource mappings for clusters and networks. Resource mappings for security groups are optional. If the VMs that require disaster recovery have been added into a security group, you must create resource mappings for that security group.
2. Host replication disaster recovery:
For VMs built on the FusionCompute cloud platform, you must create resource mappings for clusters/hosts, port groups, data stores, and Virtual Replication Gateways (VRGs).
For VMs built on the FusionManager cloud platform, you must create resource mappings for clusters, networks, and VRGs. Resource mappings for security groups are optional. If the VMs that require disaster recovery have been added into a security group, you must create resource mappings for that security group.
One resource at the production site or disaster recovery site can be mapped to only one resource of the same type. In remote disaster recovery mode, this operation must be performed at the production site.
